Dear all Gavel babies and new members,

Tentative Christmas Gavel Gathering

The committees are going to launch a christmas steamboat on 23rd December. In an attempt to familiarize with the Gavel babies and new members, you have to be present. That steamboat will be roughly scheduled after the Joint-Club meeting. That means we will have a meeting together with club A and club B members.

Although the place is yet decided, we hope you could be aware of that date and arrange your time so that you can join with us.

Sorry for not updating for a long long time...

Next week the ex-committee (i.e. the committee of 04-05) and the current committee (i.e. the committee of 05-06) will have a meeting.
The aim is to discuss the demo meeting to be held on late September, and also the details of recruitment of new members in the upcoming school year.

Below is the details of the meeting:
Date: 22-7-2006 (most probably, to be confirmed)
Time: 5:00pm start (may be around 2 hours)
Venue: HKYTSA office in MK...(I guess you guys know where it is...)

Because of the upcoming public examination for both F.5 and F.7 committee members,
the cooperation of ex-committee and current committee will be from Sept. to Nov.
After Nov, new committee will be formed.

Also, for any F.6 Gavel babies (I mean being F.6 in the 2006-2007 year),
if u wish to help running Gavel Club in the new school year, you are most welcome.
Just leave a msg here. And we'll contact you.
